Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the SportLens mobile app and related services ("SportLens" or the "Service"), provided by Daverion Digital KLG, Stockenstrasse 1, 8802 Kilchberg ZH, Switzerland (commercial register no. CH-020.2.010.360-8; "we", "us"). By downloading or using SportLens, you accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

SportLens provides sports analysis: win chances, fair odds, price comparisons across bookmakers, graded picks, projections and explanations. It also includes Scout, an AI assistant that answers questions about games and picks.

SportLens is not a bookmaker or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold money, or place bets on your behalf. Bookmaker names and prices are shown for information only.

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal betting age where you live, to use SportLens. Sports betting is restricted or prohibited in some countries and regions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including only betting with operators that are licensed where you are.

Nothing in SportLens is financial, investment or betting advice tailored to your situation, and no pick obliges you to place a bet. Every decision to bet, and its outcome, is yours alone. Only bet money you can afford to lose.

Odds, results, statistics, rosters and other data come from third-party providers. They can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and bookmaker prices change constantly. Always check the current price and terms with your bookmaker before you bet.

Scout's answers are generated by artificial intelligence from the data in SportLens. They can contain mistakes or leave things out, so check them before you rely on them. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into Scout.

Using SportLens requires a paid subscription, offered for the periods and prices shown in the app. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store (or by Google through Google Play, where available).

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
• We may change prices for future periods. You will be informed as required by the app store, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use SportLens for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• copy, resell, publish or redistribute picks, odds or other content from SportLens, for example in tipster channels or groups;
• access the Service with bots, scrapers or other automated means;
• reverse engineer the app or get around technical limits;
• use the Service in a way that is unlawful or harms us or others.

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.

The SportLens software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. Team, league, competition and bookmaker names, logos and other marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the teams, events and prices concerned. SportLens is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, club, governing body or bookmaker.

We work to keep SportLens available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve, change, limit or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. If we materially reduce what your subscription includes, you may cancel it.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for damages arising from the use of SportLens, in particular for betting losses and for decisions based on predictions, odds or Scout's answers. This does not limit our liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

These Terms are agreed between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for SportLens or its content and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims, must be directed to us. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

We may update these Terms. We will inform you of material changes in the app. If you continue to use SportLens after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using SportLens and cancel your subscription.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Kilchberg ZH, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Consumers can always bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence, and mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
